Margaret River Regional Environment Centre Inc. (MRREC) is a not-for-profit group based in the stunning Cape to Cape region of South Western Australia. Our centre has been developed to promote the values of conservation and awareness of our local environment in particular and of the world environment in general. We believe it is essential to balance the demands of growth and developmental pressures against the need to preserve, protect and enhance our natural environment.
The Centre's income is derived from memberships, donations, fund-raisers and occasional grants. We rely on the involvement and support of the local community to achieve real outcomes for our natural environment and for the present and future enjoyment of all. Vision MRREC's vision is that the natural environment of the region is protected and the community is aware of environmental issues and actively participating in conservation. Values
